Continuous Access to Support & Mentorship
Once we pair you with a school, we won’t just send you on your way. We continue to provide growth and mentorship opportunities. Our Clinical Directors advocate for the therapists who engage with us, facilitating conversations between you and school administrators, teachers, and parents. We also offer access to networking opportunities and trainings.
Flexibility as an Independent Contractor
When we place you with a school, we work hard to provide the most personalized placement, so you are put in an environment that meets your needs. Therapists who engage with PTS are independent contractors. That means you have the flexibility to create your own schedule and choose how many hours per week you work. You can also adjust those hours as desired based on your current schedule and the needs of our partnering districts.
Regular Collaboration Between Therapists
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other school-based therapists as part of an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) team, sharing experiences and resources aimed at enhancing your skills. Additionally, we offer an extensive, free library of online therapist-designed resources to support you as well as an optional School-Based Academy to help you feel confident as you start each school year.
